Brandon Bachik is a seasoned real estate executive with over a decade of experience. As the Chief Operating Officer at Simple House Capital Group, he began his real estate journey in 2008 by purchasing undervalued mobile home parks, conducting value-add renovations, and successfully reselling them. Since then, he has co-led the acquisition and sale of over 1,200 multifamily and single-family assets across multiple states. Brandon's expertise includes acquiring, renovating, and selling properties, as well as strategically holding assets for long-term appreciation.
